Q: Do you offer free estimates?
A: Absolutely! There are no two properties alike, without seeing and understanding the needs of our clients we could never truly assess the cost.
Q: Will you mow a property without a long-term arrangement?
A: In-short, yes. Although we prefer to maintain our clients properties long-term, there are certainly times a client may need a 1 or 2 time fix. For instance, a clients personal lawn equipment fails, or when a client takes an extended vacation, or when someone simply wants their property looking its best - like an open-house or hosting an event.
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes. Our business is fully insured for your protection, as well as ours.
Q: Do you focus strictly on residential properties?
A: No, we pride ourselves on the professional look we provide to personal residences, and we apply that same effort and focus on commercial properties.
Q: Can I have a set scheduled weekly or bi-weekly maintenance day?
A: Yes. We strive to perform the most effective daily route to our various client properties. This means we will be performing our maintenance on a set schedule. Of course, weather and other items can be periodic issues, which we address as soon as possible.

All-American Stripes Professional Lawn Care Maintenance Contracting, LLC is dedicated to providing the most excellent service available in the industry. We live each day to be a benefit to those around us and be a positive influence in our community. We believe that sometimes, the most basic of services can have the most influential impact - both on ourselves and on those we serve. Providing Lawn Care Services is our passion.
Our Founder
Corey Thomas grew up in rural Ohio, the heartland where dairy and poultry farms are as regular as sunshine. In the same small hometown as the JM Smucker Company and the hometown of legendary basketball coach Bobby Knight, where Friday night lights are still the highlight of the fall. He learned the value of hard work and perseverance at a young age, with 4:30am mornings preparing the cows for milking.
After marrying his high school sweetheart, he and his wife Jaimie fell in love with Nashville and its surrounding areas. As he progressed his career in sales and business development, he began working for a manufacturer in his hometown area, where he was exposed to international business and the industry he currently finds himself - a place he credits with giving him the knowledge and capability he has in the property maintenance field. He has travelled extensively for business, as a regional sales manager and business development manager for both domestic and international manufacturers in the turf care industry. He has advised and learned from clients around the world, from England, Switzerland, Germany, Netherlands, South Korea, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, across the United States and more.
After his second child was born, he and his wife decided they desired the warmth, green grass, and sunshine of Tennessee. Today, Corey resides in beautiful Mount Juliet, with his Wife Jaimie, and children Jovie, Farrah, and Briggs.
